
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving Adminicorn’s growth by identifying new clients, building partnerships, and generating revenue. This is a commission-based role, ideal for an entrepreneurial individual eager to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients, including employers and staffing agencies.
- Build relationships with potential partners to establish Adminicorn as a trusted job board.
- Pitch Adminicorn’s services and value proposition to clients via email, calls, and meetings.
- Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue.
- Track outreach efforts and provide regular progress updates to the founder.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve outreach and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the administrative staffing industry is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a remote and entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential:
- Earn 10-15% commission on every deal closed.
