Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with external administrators to prepare and review quarterly and annual financial and partner capital statements for the Firm’s fund vehicles.
Manage compliance and reporting for senior credit facilities.
Support the Firm’s treasury functions by managing cash needs in partnership with the Middle Office Manager.
Oversee the preparation and distribution of fund vehicle distributions and capital calls.
Develop and deliver key financial reports for Firm management and investors.
Partner with the Investor Relations and Marketing team to provide accurate and actionable financial analysis.
Coordinate with independent auditors during year-end audits and the preparation of audited financial statements.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and K-1s in collaboration with the Firm’s external tax provider.
Provide feedback and mentorship to Finance Associates, fostering growth and team success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; CPA license preferred.
4–8 years of relevant public and/or private accounting experience, with credit expertise ideal.
In-depth experience in fund partnership accounting and reporting
Credit facility oversight and administration experience is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of GAAP fund accounting and valuation principles.
