Responsibilities:

Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
Manage staff records and assist with hiring and visa applications.
Oversee front desk operations and organize office supplies and events.
Handle business management tasks and manage financial duties like payroll processing and expense tracking.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience as an Office Manager.
Knowledge of HR processes and immigration requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and ideally Ajera.
