Responsibilities:
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
- Manage staff records and assist with hiring and visa applications.
- Oversee front desk operations and organize office supplies and events.
- Handle business management tasks and manage financial duties like payroll processing and expense tracking.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as an Office Manager.
- Knowledge of HR processes and immigration requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and ideally Ajera.
