The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from private gatherings to corporate functions. This role involves managing event logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored, memorable experiences. With the added distinction of 5 exceptional Food and Beverage outlets, expertly managed by the renowned Chef Gregory Gourdet, you’ll have the opportunity to incorporate world-class culinary offerings into your events, elevating every occasion.

End-to-End Event Planning and Coordination

- Internal and External Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, sponsors) to ensure alignment on event objectives, brand guidelines, and service expectations. Host regular meetings to review event status and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
Creative Development and Event Design
- Creative Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the teams, agencies or brands to design events that align with both Printemps and partner identities, such as retail events, image events, and store opening. Curate custom-made experiences that enhance customer engagement and achieve company goals. This includes developing event themes, coordinating branding, and managing event enhancements.
- Customization and Personalization: For luxury events, ensure that each experience is tailored to the client's needs, whether through personalized service, curated menus, or bespoke AV setups. Coordinate with external vendors (florists, musicians, etc.) to elevate the experience.
Budget and Financial Oversight
- Budget Management: Oversee the creation and tracking of event budgets, ensuring all costs are within approved limits while maintaining high standards. Monitor cash flow to avoid financial discrepancies and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Cost Optimization and Reporting: Prepare detailed event proposals with clear financial breakdowns, analyze post-event sales results, and report on ROI. Continuously refine budget management practices based on competitor insights and sales data.
Execution and Post-Event Analysis
- Event Execution and Supervision: Manage on-site operations, ensuring all event logistics, such as setup, AV requirements, and vendor management, are executed smoothly. Supervise event breakdowns and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event day.
