Executive Assistance (EA) and Office Manager - $100k Base Salary + Benefits
An Early Stage Start-Up OSINT Vendor in Security and Digital Forensics for Government is looking for their First Office Manager, who will also act as the Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder.
They have 40 employees currently globally, with the CEO/Founder based in the DC. They are growing their sales team within their DC office, and this position is integral to running these Operations.
Executive Assistance (EA) and Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support the coordination and logistics of meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate and manage the flow of information within the office.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including coordinating IT setup, orientation, and necessary paperwork.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the CEO/Founder.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the CEO/Founder.
Executive Assistance (EA) and Office Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Plus: Prior experience working with Government agencies in the Security sector.
