Solugenix is looking for an Admin/Customer Service Recruiter. This is a 3-month contract opportunity.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience preferred.
- High-volume experience with hourly roles.
- Experience recruiting for customer support roles and administration roles.
- Must have LinkedIn/CareerBuilder experience as well.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate candidates' resumes against position requirements.
- Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.
- Document information in the system in a timely manner.
- Develops sources of qualified applicants.
- Reviews and evaluates applications for work history, education and training, salary desired, other skills, and abilities to determine qualification for employment. Conduct interviews, administer tests, checks references and backgrounds. Inform applicants about job duties, responsibilities, pay, benefits, hours, working conditions, company policies, and other related information.
- Initiates Job Opening Status Reports to obtain approval to begin employment processes and to offer the position to the selected applicant.
- Participate in recruitment and selection projects. Comply with local government regulations by administering employment practices within standard operating procedures.
- Assists in the development of cost-effective recruiting programs, including but not limited to advertising and career fairs to fill open positions.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $40/hour to $48/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
