Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their personal injury law firm. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth office management, coordinating administrative functions, and assisting with recruiting and hiring for lower-level positions, such as administrative staff.
Job Responsibilities: Oversee the daily office operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process with department managers. Work with leadership to manage office budgets and control costs. Ensure compliance with firm policies, safety standards, and other operational guidelines. Foster a positive and collaborative office environment that aligns with the firm’s values. Act as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns related to office operations.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Experience in recruiting or hiring support is strongly preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR or CRM software is a plus. Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred but not required. Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
