We are currently seeking a Human Resources and Admin Specialist/Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Infrastructure: Establish and maintain the local HR framework in compliance with local laws and regulations, including managing labor contracts, overseeing the 401K plan, and maintaining HR databases. Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures to align with legal standards and best practices.
- Office Administration: Oversee office leasing, supply management, and day-to-day operations. Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and manage facility-related matters to ensure a smooth operational environment.
- Employee Relations: Manage documentation and contracts related to employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and job rotations. Support the work permit process as needed.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they have the resources and information necessary to succeed in their roles.
- Employee Benefits Operations: Plan, organize, and manage welfare programs, providing employees with diverse, thoughtful, and attractive benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong ownership and the ability to proactively address challenges and take initiative in your role.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
