Employer Partnerships Representative

Adminicorn is seeking a motivated Employer Partnerships Representative to help grow our network of employer clients.

In this business development role, you’ll identify prospective employers, introduce them to Adminicorn’s direct-hire administrative recruiting services, qualify potential opportunities, and connect interested employers with our team.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and research prospective employer clients
• Connect with hiring managers, HR leaders, executives, and business owners
• Conduct professional outbound outreach and follow-up
• Introduce employers to Adminicorn's recruiting services
• Qualify employer needs and interest
• Schedule qualified conversations with the Adminicorn team
• Track outreach and prospective client activity

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident communicating with business decision-makers, self-motivated, organized, persistent, and comfortable with relationship-based B2B outreach.

Experience in business development, sales, staffing, recruiting, HR services, or professional services is preferred.

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no base salary or hourly compensation. Specific commission details are discussed during the interview process.

Adminicorn handles client closing, contracts, recruiting, candidate management, and placements—you focus on opening the right doors.
