When you post a job, you write the listing, manage every application yourself, and sort through however many resumes come in — qualified or not. When you work with us on staffing, we run the search for you: we scope the role with you, headhunt and screen candidates from our administrative network, check references, and hand you a small, explained shortlist of people worth your time. You interview finalists, not resumes. Posting is self-serve; staffing is hands-on and contingency-based, meaning you pay nothing until you actually hire someone.

Most searches produce a shortlist shortly after our intake call, depending on the specialization and how niche the requirements are. We'll give you a realistic timeline specific to your role during the consult — we'd rather set accurate expectations than promise a number we can't hit.

Direct-hire staffing is contingency-based: there's no fee unless we place a candidate who accepts and starts in the role. Our fee is shared during your consultation once we understand the role. If you'd rather post the opening yourself instead of a full search, our job board packages start at $249.

It's rare, but we don't just walk away if it happens. We'll talk through exactly how we handle it during your consultation, so there are no surprises going in.

Yes. In addition to direct-hire placements, we staff temporary and contract coverage (for leave, peak season, or project work), temp-to-perm arrangements, and virtual administrative support for founders and lean teams who don't need a full-time in-office hire.
